TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions relate to the purchase and supply of  tickets for performance and participation projects and the purchase of merchandise via our website.

Making a purchase means you accept these terms and conditions.

​

These terms and conditions  do not affect your statutory rights.

​

By accepting your order a legally binding contract is created between you and The Voice Project.

​

By placing your order you warrant that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us.

COVID POLICY

On purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow our Covid guidance and rules. These will be regularly reviewed and amended according to the latest Government’s guidance and regulations.

​

Please do not attend an event if you have any Covid-19 symptoms.

PARTICIPATION EVENTS

People taking part in our learning and participation activities must register for each activity.

​

We communicate regularly with participants via email. Please ensure our email address is on your safe senders list.

​

Enrolment commits participants to full payment of fees for the activity.

 

There is no reduction in fees for participants who are absent from sessions.

 

We have a limited amount of bursaries available on request.

 

Any refund requests will be at the management’s discretion.

There may be rare occasions when sessions have to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens as much notice as possible will be given.

​

The Voice Project works hard to ensure the safety of everyone attending our activities and your wellbeing is our priority. Please talk to any member of staff about anything which makes you feel unsafe or unhappy.

​

We cannot take responsibility for personal belongings.

​

EVENTS

Tickets for performances are generally non refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances or at the management’s discretion.

​

In case of a performance cancellation The Voice Project will make reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders. However, we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed before the date of the performance due to circumstances beyond our control.

​

If a project or course is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a place on an equivalent project or course for the new dates. If they cannot make the new dates, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund or credit note for the face value of the tickets purchased.

​

The Voice Project shall have no liability to you for any damage, defect or loss arising from any events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

​

MERCHANDISE

Requests for refunds for merchandise, including music downloads, will not be considered unless in exceptional circumstances.
