Vocal Health and Well-being
with Jon Baker
A 6-week course of vocal well-being classes that will help you feel inspired and nourished through the tail end of winter. The course will guide you through exercises and techniques, featuring songs sung in simple harmony from a diverse range of traditions and styles, all taught by ear from scratch. We will look at what happens in the body when we sing and why it's so good for you, resetting your nervous system and breath.
Open to everyone from absolute beginners to seasoned singers.

Jon Baker is a vocal teacher, performer and composer with over 30 years experience working with singers both individually and in groups across all styles from classical to jazz, R&B to musical theatre.
He trained at Goldsmiths, RCM, the University of East Anglia and Community Music. He is skilled in working with students of all ages and abilities and has a thorough understanding of the voice.
